ADMET Customer Support  - ADMET customer support is available to help you with ADMET product, test system and system application questions.  To contact customer support electronically, fill out and submit  the form on the left side of the page below. For immediate attention, please refer to the steps in "Before you Call" and call (781) 769-0850.  In order to resolve many application specific questions, ADMET will need to review your data files and results.  A DropBox has been provided below as a convenient means of electronically sending your data files to customer support.  If your computer is connected to the internet, we can access your computer via CrossLoop to help resolve your problem.  CrossLoop is activated from the link below.  Please call ADMET support before you activate CrossLoop.

Before you Call

  • Refer to the troubleshooting guide in your manual.
  • Power off everything and restart the unit and verify issue remains.
  • UNLESS If the issue is intermittant please call when the issue is happening.
  • Please have all relevant Serial Numbers and Version Numbers on hand.
  • If the issue is software related please be ready to provide Test Profile and calibration files.
  • Please be near the machine when calling the tech support line.

ADMET RMA Request - To get an item repaired please fill out the ADMET RMA Request Form. Please email a copy to support@admet.com and place a copy in with the item being shipped.

Remote Access Support

DropBox Instructions

The data files you need to send will vary depending on your test system ADMET controller and software.  Below is a description of file types based on ADMET software.

MTESTQuattro 

Go to C:\ADMET \MTESTQuattro \Resources. If you are using a workspace other than default, look in the MTESTQuattro program folder for a folder with the name of your workspace.  The following file extension descriptions will help you locate the appropriate files to send.


*.mtwData - includes test procedure information and logged data.  Required to review results for a specific test. 
*.mtwSetup – includes test procedure information only. 
*.*Transducer – includes transducer calibration data. 
*.mtwResults – includes test results for a group of like tests. 

GaugeSafe

Go to C:\ADMET\GaugeSafe and look for these file types:

T*.* - includes logged data.  Required to review results for a specific test. 
*.mtd – includes test procedure information only. 
*.cal – includes transducer calibration data. 
R*.* - includes test results for a group of like tests
